Our government partners feel confident due to our direct relationship and Membership in the United Nations Mining Cooperative, serving over 23,000 mining entities worldwide, that we will handle all details of their transaction in a secure and proper manner, and that we have the expertise to deliver the proper banking, and political permissions, to satisfy multiple country requirements for disclosure and proper crediting with all nations.

The Staff of Phoenix Mining Group Marc Guest, President and CEO, has been a serial entrepreneur for the past 35 years, beginning his career in the sale of precious metals for spot or future delivery.  Marc built Intercomex Financial Corporation from a sole proprietor status, selling precious metals investment products himself, into a firm of over 100 Account Executives located in Lido Island and Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, West Palm Beach, Florida and New York City, New York. Over the years, Marc has created companies that have marketed innovative new products to the public. These products have included The Water Dam, a water saving device which converted the function of traditional toilet tanks into the newer 1.6 gallon low flush requirements at a total cost of less than $15, the Wipe Out! CD, DVD, and Game Repair Kit, which was a micro-abrasive creme that removed scratches and eliminated skipping on damaged Compact Disc products of all kinds, and many other endeavors impossible to list here. Marc was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year award honors for his work at Intercomex Financial Corporation, and received an Innovations 99 Award for Esprit Development Corporation from the Electronics Industry Association when he exhibited the company’s patented Wipe Out! CD Repair Kit at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Abhijit Das serves as our Chief Financial Officer, and heads up our India Office in Kolkata. A consummate professional with over 30 years of international finance and government service contacts, Abhijit brings new markets to Phoenix Mining in a part of the world that truly appreciates the value, and pleasure of acquiring precious metal itself, coupled with the ability to connect distant mining operations to the acquisition of streamlined financial structure. Ashraf Abdulsalam Zayed is the Business Development Manager and Vice-President of Trade Operations for Phoenix Mining Group and Synergence Ventures Corporation.  Ashraf has concentrated on international trading and financial services for the past 15 years, and is highly motivated to accomplish your company’s requirements. Ashraf is blessed with the knowledge you would expect in a trained accountant, but he has also completed special training for International Finance and Business Development, which occurred during 1986-1987, at the American University in Egypt.
